FAQ
Sprinkler FAQs
Still have a question? Call (707) 386-0006 and you'll get Kevin, not a call center.
What's the difference between the quarterly, annual and five-year inspection?
Quarterly visits check gauges, valves and alarm devices. The annual adds a main drain test and a full visual of heads, piping and hangers. The five-year goes inside the system: we open the check valve, flush the piping to clear debris, reassemble, recharge and certify.
My building was sold or the tenant changed. Do I need a new inspection?
Changes in occupancy or storage (higher racks, different commodities) can change what your sprinkler system needs to protect. We'll review it and let you know if it still meets code for the new use.
Do you install new systems?
Yes. We design and install systems for new construction and tenant improvements, and retrofit older buildings, including the Sonoma County projects triggered by local sprinkler ordinances.
